State Records of South Australia has developed a range of accredited training and education programs. The following course information outlines the training currently available and associated fees. Please note that course fees are increased inline with CPI in June of each financial year. Students will be charged the fees applicable to the period in which they will be studying.

A discount is normally applied to the fees for Accredited Operational Training Courses (below) for private individuals able to provide evidence of financial hardship or who are referred by 'Not For Profit' employment agencies.

Nationally Accredited Training Courses
These courses are offered to participants as either face-to-face delivery or via correspondence. Enrolment fees for individual subject components of a Certificate course are charged according to each competency. Fees associated with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be charged at 50% of the cost of each competency claimed. Competency fees are based on the number of delivery hours for each unit of delivery. For further details in relation to RPL fees please read the following document.

Certificate IV
Students, who wish to enrol in Certificate IV Recordkeeping (BSB41707) and have already studied Certificate III in Recordkeeping (BSB30807) with State Records of South Australia, will be entitled to a credit transfer for the unit of competency, BSBRKG401B, Disposal. For students who do not have this competency and wish to enrol in Certificate IV in Recordkeeping, an additional fee (currently $385) will be charged for this Disposal module over and above the advertised cost of Certificate IV in Recordkeeping (BSB41707).
